ACT Logistics is a full-service 3PL Transportation Company.  Having earned a reputation for excellent service, our experience aligned with a commitment to our customers and carriers is the backbone of many successful partnerships.

ACT has developed a unique and personalized approach, utilizing a network of established resources and vetted carriers to transport your cargo from point A to point B.   We offer our services on “one time” shipments,  dedicated weekly shipments, or help our customers with overflow transportation needs that may arise.

We specialize in Flatbed,  Dry Van, and Refrigerated services throughout the lower 48 states, specializing in transporting products into and out of Mexico.

In 2013, GB & Associates purchased ACT Logistics, LLC., which acts as a subsidiary to GB & Associates. Together they merge over 30 years of  industry knowledge and experience.

As a consultant we provide expert transportation services to manufacturers and other businesses, as well as helping other transportation companies access the systems, processes, resources, and routes they need to be effective.

MEET THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

DeLon Garbett

Having worked in the U.S. and Mexico refrigerated transportation market for over 30 years, DeLon Garbett has been involved in the startup or a major refrigerated truckload carrier. He also has managerial experience in sales and operations for two leading refrigerated transportation companies. For the last two decades, DeLon’s emphasis has been on procuring truckload business between the US, Canada, and Mexico. DeLon has traveled extensively throughout Mexico and has been successful in navigating cultural differences that exist between the three NAFTA country partners.

Todd Brown

Todd M Brown is currently a managing partner and one of the founders of GB & Associates, with overall responsibilities for the finances and administration of the company. Prior to starting GB & Associates, he worked in the Transportation and retail industries in various positions as an IT Manager, Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Todd has gained over 15 plus years experience in all financial and IT aspects that helped meet the business goals and objectives of various companies during his career. This experience includes strategic financial planning, p&l management, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, accounting systems development, contract negotiations, insurance procurement, team leadership, and collaboration.

Todd holds a bachelor’s degree from Weber State University in Accounting and has an Enrolled Agent license from the IRS for all aspects of tax preparation and representation.
